This document is intended to help you find journal articles on the subject you are researching. For more help see your Subject Librarian.

Research pt 4 finding journal articles

Journal articles provide up-to-date and focused information on current research and topical areas of your study. They do not usually provide background or basic information. Often it is a good idea to use books and encyclopedias to find this background and basic information before you search for journal articles.
